Because advertising platforms, search engines, and buyer behavior change over time, projected timelines, lead volumes, and results are estimates based on our experience and are subject to real-world market conditions.
Payments and Media Budgets
All retainers, project fees, and other charges are due according to the schedule in your contract with BAM Sales & Marketing LLC. Any media budgets that are spent on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, or similar ad networks) are paid to those platforms directly and are non-refundable once spent.
Client Responsibilities
To get the best results, clients of BAM Sales & Marketing LLC agree to provide timely access to relevant accounts, assets, and information — including websites, ad accounts, CRMs, brand materials, and approvals for campaigns. Delays on the client side may affect timelines and outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
BAM Sales & Marketing LLC will perform services with professional care, but does not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or lead volume outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
Changes to These Terms
BAM Sales & Marketing LLC may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to new and ongoing engagements going forward.
